Terreno a Jalón

This stunning plot is located on the Bernia on the outskirts of Jalon and is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to get away from it all and build in this absolutely beautiful location in the Northern Costa Blanca. The plot has an area of 26,800m2 with 'in principle' permission to build either a new build property or to renovate the ruin currently in situ. The plot benefits from underground water at a depth of 118 metres which could be accessed via a borehole and access from the main road.A fantastic location for anyone looking to live passively in this exceptionally tranquil and beautiful area surrounded by nature with stunning vistas and yet just a short drive away from local amenities and the beautiful coastal resorts.Further information regarding building and projects is available on request.
