Vila – Torreguadiaro

The property is in need of a lot of work, but it has without a shadow of a doubt huge potential. The property is built on a plot of 1500m2, the villa has 600m2.The property has been divided into various small apartments, as the previous owner wanted to have a small hotel. The main property is a 2 bed 1 bath, with a good size kitchen, a lovely terrace and a roof terrace with fantastic sea views. There are two more 2 bed 1 bath apartments, two 1 bed 1 bath apartments and a 2/3 bed 1 bath apartment. The property has a total of 11 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; as the property was divided, it is possible to reconnect all the rooms again. The property enjoys lovely gardens, a good size swimming pool, a good size store room, and a covered garage which fits 4 cars. The property also has a separate room for all the water pipes, which is very rare and makes it easy if anything needs fixing or changing. We strongly recommend a viewing of this unique property set in the heart of Torreguadiaro. This property has a lot of possibilities for the future: the property could be refurbished into a luxury villa renovation project, either for private use or for a business.
