Rijtjeshuis in javea

We present to you a luxury town house in the heart of Jávea, very close to all services. The house was tastefully renovated in 2018, maintaining the character and essence of yesteryear. The property is laid out with a spacious entrance hall, perfect for welcoming our guests, a bright living-dining room with a fireplace, and an open-concept kitchen. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light and access to a beautiful patio with a pool and lovely Tosca stone walls. A bedroom and a bathroom with a shower complete the main floor. On the upper floor, we find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a wonderful clawfoot tub, a second large living room that can easily be converted into an extra bedroom with access to a solarium/terrace. The entire home is equipped with double-glazed windows with shutters, underfloor heating on the ground floor, electric heaters on the upper floor, as well as solar panels for greater energy efficiency.
