About Ray Hilger

Ray Hilger is the founder of YesCosta S.L. and has a professional background in real estate, legal services, accountancy and business advisory.

His experience allows him to assess a property purchase from more than just a commercial perspective. Location, purchase price, legal structure, financing, ownership costs, future marketability and potential risks all form part of the overall decision.

Ray works primarily with international buyers from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom and other European countries.

His role is not to convince clients to buy a particular property. His role is to help them understand the market, compare the available opportunities and make a well-informed decision.

Together with the YesCosta team, he guides clients through the complete purchasing process, from the initial property search to completion at the notary and the practical matters that follow afterwards.
