The country finca has a good size living room with fire place and wooden beams. The kitchen is in need to reform and the bathroom consists of a toilet with sink, there is currently no shower. On the ground floor you will also find 2 bedrooms. Attached to the house there is a garage and a store room with large water deposit of 10.000 liters, that provides the house with water.

Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms, 1 with 3 doors that could be separated into 2 double bedrooms or 3 single bedrooms, resulting in a total of 6-8 bedrooms.

The roof has already been replaced and new steal beams have been placed.

There is a porche in front of the house where you can enjoy the lovely views of the large plot, of approx. 500.000m2.

The pool has been completely restored 2 years ago and is as new!

The land is perfect for keeping all sorts of animals. There is also a ruin (old animals stables) included in the sale.

You will need to install an off grid solar panel system, to have electricity.
