Unit 3208 is a two bedroom apartment of 56 m² overlooking the resort pool. It has a living room with dining area, a pantry, a master bedroom, a second bedroom and a bathroom, with air conditioning, a Smart TV, a sound system and TOTO sanitary ware. The apartment is delivered fully furnished.

MĀUA Nova Ocean Resort by Swiss-Belhotel is a new resort in Uluwatu, Bali, on the cliffs just a one minute walk from Dreamland Beach, with views over the ocean, the golf course and the sunsets of South Bali. The resort is operated by MĀUA, the luxury eco brand of Swiss-Belhotel International, and designed by the award winning architects McKingley + Team Architects (MTA). The golf course is three minutes away.

Facilities include two rooftop terraces of about 1,500 m² in total with a sunset infinity pool, the rooftop restaurant Kōwhai, live music at sunset, an outdoor cinema, minigolf and a yoga deck in a rooftop garden. At ground level there is a 162 m² pool with pool bar under the palm trees. The resort also has the Pounamu Spa with sauna, a gym, lounge areas, workspaces and a spacious reception with drop off.

Every unit is part of the rental program of the resort. The operator takes care of guests, bookings, cleaning and maintenance, and owners receive a monthly report and payout. The resort is in a tourism zone (pink zoning), so short term rental is fully permitted. Leasehold of 80 years in total: 30 years plus a 50 year extension. 80% of the price is paid during construction and the last 20% from rental income after handover. One time notary fees and lease tax: EUR 5,000, on top of the price.
